I think it's important to follow the proportions specified in the respective recipe. Never apply undiluted essential oil directly to the skin.
- To aromatize a room: add 3-4 drops to your diffuser and use it up to 3 times a day, with each session lasting 1 hour. You will feel the scent in a few minutes. Add more oils at regular intervals to avoid steaming. Please don't leave the diffuser unattended and avoid contact with plastic surfaces.
