Program "Health of your bones" NSP
Osteoporosis is a disease in which bones become weak and brittle. Bones lose their strength and density, making them more prone to fractures. Osteoporosis is a common disease, especially among postmenopausal women.
The Healthy Bones program includes four products:
- Osteo Plus NSP - is a complex product containing calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, and boron. Calcium and magnesium are essential for bone health, copper and zinc help the body absorb calcium, and boron helps strengthen bones.
- Calcium Magnesium Chelate NSP - is an additional source of calcium and magnesium. Calcium and magnesium are essential for bone formation and strengthening.
- Magnesium Complex NSP - is an additional source of magnesium. Magnesium is essential for maintaining healthy bones, as well as for muscles and the nervous system.
- MSM NSP - is a source of organic sulfur. Sulfur is necessary for synthesizing collagen, the main component of connective tissue, including bones.
The program "Health of your Bones" is recommended for:
Women after menopause. Osteoporosis is a common disease among postmenopausal women because estrogen levels, which help protect bones, decrease after menopause.
People who have risk factors for osteoporosis. Risk factors for osteoporosis include:
- Age: Osteoporosis is a common disease among people over 50.
- Heredity: If you have a family member with osteoporosis, you have an increased risk of developing the disease.
- Diet: Inadequate calcium and vitamin D intake can increase the risk of osteoporosis.
- Physical activity: Insufficient physical activity can increase the risk of fractures.
The Healthy Bones program helps to strengthen bones and reduce the risk of fractures. The products included in the program provide the body with the necessary minerals and other substances to maintain bone health.
