Antioxidant serum with vitamin C and EGCG
The Ordinary - Multi-Antioxidant Radiance Serum is an antioxidant serum with ascorbyl glucoside – a derivative of vitamin C, and EGCG – a substance derived from green tea. Their duo has a multidirectional antioxidant effect that slows down external aging processes caused by the harmful effects of free radicals and the oxidative stress associated with them. At the same time, peptides support the firming effect of the serum, and ginseng bark extract increases oxygenation and supports cell regeneration. Vitamin C additionally enhances radiance and evens out skin tone, so it is especially recommended for skin with a dull, gray shade. The water-based serum absorbs quickly, leaving a slight glow on the skin. Its shade results from the presence of active ingredients and their natural color. The product has a pH in the range of 5–6, is vegan, and not tested on animals.
Active ingredients:
- Ascorbyl glucoside – a derivative of vitamin C, acts as an antioxidant, prevents external aging, strengthens blood vessels, stimulates collagen and elastin production, smooths, brightens discoloration, and adds radiance.
- EGCG – a substance derived from green tea, has antioxidant effects, reduces the harmful effects of free radicals on the skin, and decreases related inflammations or premature aging.
- Ginseng bark extract – improves oxygenation of cells and supports their regeneration.
- Peptides – strengthen and improve skin firmness.
