Exchange of goods: If you would like to exchange an item for another, please get in touch with our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will happily help you exchange the product for another one that better meets your needs. Please note that the product must be in perfect condition and have all original labels and packaging. The goods for exchange are sent via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta at the buyer's expense.

Return of goods

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights," goods sold on the site, such as perfumes, cosmetics, and hygiene items, are not subject to exchange and return.
